How can I claim CME?

In order to obtain your AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ certificate, at the completion of this activity please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine’s Office of CME website: www.cme.northwestern.edu using the email and password used to register for this activity.
  2. After logging into Cloud CME, go to My CME and click on Evaluations & Certificates. You will see the evaluation there. Click on Complete Evaluation. You must first click through each day using the blue date buttons to choose the presentations you attended on each day. Only click on “Begin Evaluation” after you have selected presentations from both days; otherwise you may not be able to claim the correct amount of credit.
  3. Once you complete the evaluation form, your certificate will auto-generate. Please print a copy for your records. A copy of your credits will be saved on your transcript that can be found under “My CME” then click “Transcript.”

You must fill out your evaluation and credit verification by MAY 3, 2021 to receive credit.

Will I be able to view the recorded archive of these virtual conference sessions?

The virtual sessions are being recorded and all registrants will have access to them. All sessions will be posted 3-5 business days after the live session takes place. We will send an email notification.

Enduring lectures will be available from September 16, 2020 through May 3, 2021. Click on “Enduring Lectures” and select your preferred recording.

I am having trouble with streaming audio, I can’t hear the speaker through my computer speakers, the streaming stopped… what do I do?

If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off.

The next step is to refresh your screen by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh” button in your web browser.
